Flat white martini cocktail

  • 50ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 25ml vodka
  • 25ml espresso
  • A few ice cubes
  • 3 coffee beans to decorate

Pop all the ingredients apart from the coffee beans in a cocktail shaker.

Shake it up until everything is blended and the liquid is smooth as silk.

Strain into a martini cocktail glass and garnish with the three coffee beans.

Enjoy 🙂

Baileys Nutterlicious

  • 100ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
  • 20g melted chocolate
  • 60g chopped toasted hazelnuts (20g for the rim, 40g to blend)
  • 200ml almond milk
  • 1 chopped banana
  • Handful of ice cubes
  • Crushed peanuts to garnish

First, blend up the Baileys, ice, almond milk and banana.

Smear the rim of a cocktail glass with the melted chocolate or a little chocolate hazelnut spread, then dip into the crushed hazelnuts.

Pour the Baileys mixture into the glass, then sprinkle some crushed peanuts over the top.

Sip elegantly or slurp through a straw, it’s delicious either way.

Baileys Almande Peach smoothie

  • Handful of toasted coconut shavings
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Handful of ice cubes
  • Mint springs, peach slices to garnish

Place the Baileys Almande, coconut/almond milk, ice cubes, vanilla and chopped peach in a blender and blend until you like the consistency.

Mix the icing sugar with a few drops of water to make a smooth thick paste. Coat the rim of two glasses with it, then dip them in the coconut shavings, press to secure them on.

Pour the Baileys mixture into the glass and top it off with mint leaves and a peach slice. Peachy, tasty and not long until it’s gone.
