The word Breakfast means to ‘break the overnight fasting period’ and is the most important meal of the day. Weekday mornings are often our busiest because we have school, work, gym and many other things to do during weekday mornings. We often find ourselves leaving the house in a hurry and not even taking breakfast because of time. That’s what brings me here! And if you did not have breakfast today morning, count this as the last day you will leave home without having breakfast.
You can make quick and easy breakfast dishes. Something you make quickly does not have to be boring. I will give you two fast, simple and insanely delicious recipes!
Breakfast can make you energized, happy and brighter. Here are the tastiest and filling breakfast recipes that will get you kicking and psyched up for the day.
- BOILED EGGS.
Step 1: Place eggs in the bottom of a saucepan. Be sure not to crowd the eggs in the pan. They should fit comfortably.
Step 2: Fill the pan with cold water, 1 inch above the eggs.
Step 3: Bring the water to a rapid boil on the stovetop over high heat.
Step 4: Once the water comes to a boil, cover the pan with a lid and remove the pan from the heat. Do not lift the lid. Set a timer for the type of boiled egg you want, from 4 minutes to 12 minutes.
Step 5: Fill a large bowl with ice and water.
Step 6: When the eggs reach the desired cooking time, use tongs to remove the eggs from the hot water and immerse gently into the prepared ice water to cool, about 10 minutes.
Step 7: Gently tap the eggs against a hard surface and peel away the shell. Rinse the egg under cold water to remove any bits of shell and pat dry.
Now the best part is how you eat your boiled egg, you can make it less boring and very delicious by taking it with the following.
- Layer hard-boiled eggs on a breakfast sandwich. …
- Sliced atop oatmeal. …
- Sliced and added to baked sweet potato. …
- Chopped into a breakfast burrito. …
- With wilted greens (aka breakfast salad).
Imagine taking any of these with some nice fruit juice at the side or hot chocolate/coffee if it is cold. WOW YOU WILL HAVE THE GREATEST START AND BEST DAY!!

Sip your way to a healthier breakfast by blending what you like each morning. For smoothies everyone likes their own different fruit or vegetable to use, like for me, I like my pineapple’s and spinach or a banana smoothie with some avocado. The choice is yours I will give you a fire recipe then you can use it to make what you like.
1. Liquid (milk, juice, water, yogurt)
2. Soft fruits + veggies
3. Leafy greens
4. Ice + other frozen ingredients
Place all your ingredients in a blender and blend. You can also add some toppings to garnish your smoothie. Smoothies are perfect taken like that but if you like you can have a little snack on the side.
You can now sip on your delicious and cool smoothie to start off your day well.
