YOU ARE DOING WELL IN LIFE… WAYS TO APPRECIATE IT.

Sometimes we feel so low and so defeated, life seems so hard and everything looks hard and you feel like you have nothing. We lose hope and we become helpless and we start self-sabotaging. Today I want to remind you that you are not a failure in as much as sometimes you feel like one. You have really tried and you are doing okay. In as much as you think you are not doing well imagine you are. We tend to look on the negative side every time we are having problems. We should teach ourselves how to look on the positive side thank God and also appreciate what you have.
Here are some signs that you are doing well in life and you should just continue pushing.
1.You have the basic needs; Food, shelter and clothing.
If you have something to put on your table and eat you are more than blessed. If you have a roof above your head and a place where you can call home you should be thankful for that. If you have something to cover yourself up everyday you are also blessed and you should be grateful for that, you should be grateful for being able to properly dress everytime.
2.You have a family or friends who care about you.
Be thankful always for that one person who care for you and shows you love and try your best to reciprocate the energy. Do not think about those who are fake and do not treat you in the best way.
3.You are breathing.
you should always be thankful for life and the air you are breathing there are people in hospital who can not breathe well they need machines and all that and you are okay you are healthy and breathing. We should never take this for granted because without air we cannot live.
4.You are surviving the life journey
If you get up every morning you should be grateful because this shows that you are trying your best to strive and become a better person.
You may feel really down if you fail at something, but always be grateful because this shows that you are always trying to be better and it may not work out now but it will definitely work out some time to come because hard work pays and continue striving to be the best version of yourself.
Wake up and refuse to quit and stop stressing about what you do not have instead be thankful for little things you already have and always stay positive and continue working towards your end goal do not let a moment of difficulty make you give up.
